Call of duty Mobile (COD) pro Sol murdered by Male gamer in Brazil: Recent updates
In a recent and disturbing occurrence, A famous COD pro Sol murdered by a fellow Esports player. This news came through on Monday and stated that the COD pro Ingrid Oliveria Bueno da Silva, also know as “Sol”, was murdered by Guilherme Alves Costa in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
This news came out of the blue and shocked the fans of the game and the pro-player. According to reports the 19-year old Oliveria was in contact with Costa. He who was known in the COD circuit as “Flashlight.” They became e-friends and things took a turn when Costa visited Oliveria at her residence.

Female pro player “Sol”, murdered by male gamer
Jagures Esports expressed their sorrow at this occurring. Likewise, they posted a heartfelt message on their Instagram page.
After visiting Oliveria, Costa stabbed her multiple times. Moreover, he recorded the deed and shared it on a WatsApp group of other players.
After being arrested, Costa didn’t show any signs of remorse. But, he said his ‘sanity is completely apt’ and reports quoted ‘wanted to do this.’
He seemed to rather take pleasure in the act. This makes the situation even more disturbing.
The loss of the young esports player is devastating for her family and loved ones. The esports team, Brazilian Esports organization FBI also expressed their condolences at this loss.
This incident poses the risks of belonging to the gaming community. Moreover, being a personality online means meeting many people. This exposes the dangers of the job even more.
