Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti admitted that he was angry with Los Blancos star Jude Bellingham, for not answering his phone. The Italian coach, at a press conference, exclaimed that the midfielder ignored his call for an update.
Jude Bellingham and Carlo Ancelotti have had a brilliant relationship since the Englishman was signed upon the manager’s insistence, last summer. The 21-year-old midfielder was instrumental in the club’s La Liga and UCL victories, and he finished the season as the team’s top scorer. However, their relationship faced some early challenges, including Bellingham’s controversial exclusion from the squad in the initial matches of previous season.
While the Englishman is currently enjoying his holiday after playing in the Euros, the Real Madrid manager expressed his annoyance when Bellingham didn’t answer his call. Ancelotti explained that he wanted updates about Bellingham’s return to the team. However, the issue was swiftly resolved with the help of Vinicius Jr., as Ancelotti was later able to speak with Bellingham. The Italian’s playful handling of the situation underscored their strong working relationship.

Carlo Ancelotti confirms new signing Kylian Mbappe’s Real Madrid debut date
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti announced that new signing Kylian Mbappe will make his debut for the club in the UEFA Super Cup final against Atalanta in Warsaw on August 14th. The Frenchman is expected to be in the starting line-up.
The 25-year-old forward joined from French giants PSG, ending a long-standing transfer saga. After France’s Euro campaign, Mbappe has been given a break from the club’s US pre-season tour. However, manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Mbappe, along with other key players like Jude Bellingham, will be ready and fully-fit to start in the final against Atalanta.
Both players are also expected to start for Real Madrid when they face Mallorca on August 18th to begin their La Liga title defense campaign.
