An excerpt from the interview shows him speaking highly of Carlos Alcaraz, saying he adores the Spaniard’s childlike happiness and attitude in victory and loss.

The thing I like specifically about Alcaraz is that even when he loses a great point, he seems like he enjoyed it. He seems like a kid as he plays.. like you can feel the.. the childlike nature of the play with him.

Carell appreciated Alcaraz’s sportsmanship as he praised the youngster’s ability to applaud when his opponents play great tennis. Alcaraz will be next seen at the Paris Olympics, partnering with his compatriot and legend of the sport, Rafael Nadal.

In case you missed it!
