It looks like everything is good again between Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. At first, when Mami returned, everyone thought it was game over for Dom, but somehow he managed to slide his way back into her good graces. After the 27-year-old star sent a heartfelt message to her Latino Heat, someone broke their silence on social media.
The person in question is backstage interviewer Cathy Kelley, who has a special relationship with Rhea Ripley. When a fan asked her on X whether she was okay after Mami sent a message to Dominik Mysterio, her response was rather disappointing. She expressed extreme sadness and stated that there were no tears left to cry.
Kelley has frequently referred to Ripley as her ex-girlfriend and often engages in playful banter with her. She even sent a message to her husband, AEW wrestler Buddy Matthews, after the two recently got married. When the former Women’s World Champion was absent due to an injury, Kelley often spoke out against Dominik for his shenanigans with Liv Morgan.

Another person with a broken heart was the current Women’s World Champion. On last week’s Raw, “Dirty” Dom made his feelings perfectly clear: he hated Morgan for what she did to him. The 30-year-old star will defend her title against Ripley at SummerSlam on August 3 in Cleveland, Ohio. Needless to say, Dominik will play a huge role in this mega-match.
