The film, Challengers, is about Tashi, a former tennis player who becomes a coach after a knee injury. She coaches her husband, but things turn topsy-turvy when she also starts coaching her ex-boyfriend and her husband’s former best friend.

The film is directed by Italian director Luca Guadagnino and it’s written by Justin Kuritzkes. It will hit theaters on April 26 in the United States.

Stefanos Tsitsipas reaches Monte-Carlo Masters final for the third time

Stefanos Tsitsipas, who is a two-time champion at the Monte-Carlo Masters, outclassed Jannik Sinner to secure a place in the final for the third time. After winning the first set, he faced some challenges from the Italian and couldn’t overcome them.

The Greek, however, did not lose his momentum in the third set. An injury to Sinner’s right leg made him call for a medical timeout, and he couldn’t produce his best, struggling throughout the set and eventually losing it 6-4. After the match, the 25-year-old called the Italian one of the best players he has played against in his career so far.

It was tennis at the highest level that I have been able to play. He is one of the toughest opponents I have faced so far. To find a way when there were not many, I am extremely proud of that.
Stefanos Tsitsipas said after the match

Tsitsipas will now face the winner of the second semifinal between Novak Djokovic and Casper Ruud, and it happens to be the Norwegian. Ruud and Tsitsipas played against each other three times, and the Greek has won just one match.

Tsitsipas won his first Masters 1000 title in The Principality back in 2021 by defeating Andrey Rublev and defended it in 2022 by beating Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. Last year, he lost the match in the quarterfinals to America’s Taylor Fritz.
