Having previously landed a role in the Averted Vision Pictures indie horror feature ‘You Lose You Die’, Charlotte Flair has now given a sneak peek into her first look. Taking it to X, the 14-time WWE Women’s Champion appears to be soused with a blood-red coating. In the first instance, anyone would’ve had a hard time believing it’s the same woman who’s an in-ring talisman.
Flair is set to lead the cast alongside Six Feet Under actor Freddy Rodriguez. The latter’s been honed as the executive director, along with Josue “Sway” Mendez and Ulysses Terrero. She seems to be making the most of her time away from the squared circle. The aforementioned feature film might be a shot in Charlotte Flair‘s arm, given that she does aspire to turn her hand to Hollywood down the road.
Speaking of her impending return to WWE, it might have to wait a bit longer. Not only does Flair have a movie role on her plate, she hasn’t fully recovered from that gnarly fall she had last December. The said incident transpired during a SmackDown taping, where she lost her footing on the top rope in a match against Asuka. As a result, The Queen tumbled down like a pack of cards.
The aftermath saw the 38-year-old plagued with a torn MCL, ACL, and meniscus. If it wasn’t that big of a setback, she potentially strained her neck as well in the process. However, since then, The Nature Girl has made remarkable strides en route to her recovery. The WrestleMania headliner had already started hitting the gym a while ago, engendering a groundswell of support from peers and critics alike.
Charlotte Flair might’ve not expected catching strays from Piper Niven
Even though she has nothing to do with it, Charlotte Flair recently caught a stray from Pipen Niven. The latter’s on track to butt heads with Bayley in the immediate future. To spice things up, the Scot took to X and reacted to a fan-made clip of her being dominant over each and every pillar of the four horsewomen, including Flair.
One might wonder what it would be like if Niven and Charlotte rekindled their beef in WWE. Nonetheless, The Genetically Superior Athlete would be a massive relief to Triple H and his men whenever she’s all juiced up to come back.
As of now, she’s not assigned to any particular brand. However, it would be interesting to see the inevitable tug of war between general managers Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce to lure her into signing with their respective rosters.
