Although Chelsea Green has recently conformed to a tag-team role recently, there is no doubt that she is incredible as a singles star as well. The Hot Mess challenged Roxanne Perez for her NXT Women’s Championship on the most recent episode of NXT. The 22-year-old eventually won the match due to pinfall, leaving her opponent without gold.

Chelsea Green then took to X and highly urged the WWE to delete their recent post. The official WWE X handle mentioned that the two women had an incredible main event. However, the champion was eventually successful in taking down her challenge and retained the NXT Women’s Championship. The challenger was clearly not too happy with the photo of Roxanne Perez being posted and demanded it be taken down immediately.

Thankfully, the recently drafted SmackDown superstar found solace in the arms of NXT star Arianna Grace. The duo met backstage, hyping each other up after their loss. They blamed their losses on their opponents, claiming that they cheated before crying uncontrollably.

Furthermore, the two called each other pretty and claimed that they were both winners. Lastly, the former Women’s Tag Team Champion claimed that they were both pretty, rich, and sparkly. According to Arianna Grace, this made them better than most people.

Dutch Mantel condemns WWE for releasing Chelsea Green in 2021

Chelsea Green was released by the WWE in 2021 to cut costs. The female superstar was eventually brought back to the company in early 2023 after Triple H took over the reigns. Wrestling legend Dutch Mandell clearly did not agree with the company releasing her in the first place and had a lot to say about the situation.

Speaking on the Smack Talk podcast, the 74-year-old mentioned that it was a major blunder by the WWE to release the Canadian wrestler. He claimed that she had ‘star’ written all over her. He even claimed that she was the most entertaining female in the WWE. Also known as Zeb Colter, he added that she was ‘klutzy’ and was very good.

Dutch Mantel on Smack Talk

Dutch Mantel recalled a match in Japan where he saw the 33-year-old take a dropkick in the corner, which looked incredible. She made it look like her head came off clean. He mentioned that the two then had a conversation via text, where he greatly appreciated her selling skills. As for now, fans are interested to see what’s next for Chelsea Green on SmackDown.
