Chelsea Green sends a message to Becky Lynch (via WWE)
Becky Lynch has not been seen in WWE for over eight months now. She lost her Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan at King & Queen of the Ring and disappeared from programming after a rematch on Raw. With rumors floating around of a potential return to WWE, Chelsea Green had a message to send to her former colleague.
Green reposted a tweet that contained footage from last year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match. The clip showed Becky Lynch throwing the Hot Mess over the top rope to eliminate her. However, the latter saved herself from being eliminated and barely hung onto the ropes from the outside. As soon as The Man noticed this, she gave her a little nudge and sent her down to the floor.
Chelsea Green further went off on Lynch in the caption, saying that the Irish wrestler should regret the way that she treated a future star of the promotion. Funnily enough, a fan tagged the former Women’s Champion in a comment and asked her if she regretted what she did. The Women’s US Champion freaked out and asked fans not to tag the 37-year-old in the comments.

Becky Lynch returning to WWE seems inevitable at this point. She has been present in the advertising for Raw on Netflix for a while now and has even done several media appearances for the company. Reportedly, she was going to return at the first episode of Raw Netflix, but plans were changed. Her return seems to be a question of when, not if.
Chelsea Green will defend her Women’s United States Championship against Michin on the next episode of SmackDown
The latest episode of SmackDown featured a tag team match where Chelsea Green and Piper Niven faced off against Michin and B-Fab. During the match, the Canadian went for an Unpretty-her on her arch nemesis. However, the latter was able to counter, hit a Sole Food on the champion, and pick up the pinfall victory.
As is usually the case, pinning a champion rewards one with a title shot. Thus, Michin will challenge Green for the Women’s United States Championship next Friday on SmackDown. This episode will also act as the go-home show for the Royal Rumble. It will emanate from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, on January 31st.
As much as Michin wants to get her hands on that title, she may have awakened a beast inside Green. Following their match last Friday, the Lunatic Lush posted photos of the bruises and scars she had suffered during this match. Furthermore, she looked ready to get revenge against those who had wronged her.
