Angel Reese has been the topic of everyone’s discussion as a result of her breakout rookie season for the Chicago Sky. With it comes lots of rumor and speculation from about everything, which includes her relationship and personal life.
The ‘Queen of Rebounds’ has seen her personal life recently under the microscope, but she took to her show, ‘Unapologetically Angel’ to talk about it. However, she revealed more details than expected such as her dating preferences and what she expects from her significant other.

The Chicago Sky rookie has always had to deal with the rumors and attention of men as she also clarifies rumors about a “baecation” with Detroit Pistons star Jalen Duren. It didn’t stop there as she had to deal with strange rumors linking her with two-time NBA winner, Kevin Durant.
Unfortunately for the rookie, her season is over after a scan revealed a season-ending wrist injury. Her last act was helping the Sky snap their seven-game losing streak against the Los Angeles Sparks where she led with another double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds.
The injury has resulted in speculation that her rival, Caitlin Clark will easily win the Rookie of the Year Award. This might be hard to dispute as the two were the only stars in running for the accolade. Clark is yet to comment on the situation as she remains focused on helping her side progress.
Chicago Sky announce Angel Reese season ending injury
The worse piece of information was announced that contender for the 2024 Rookie of the Year would not be taking part anymore came as a shock to fans who reacted on social media. Her team, the Chicago followed it up with a statement where they revealed more details about the heartbreaking news.
After undergoing further medical evaluation after the September 6 game against Los Angeles, Angel Reese has been ruled out for the rest of the 2024 season with a wrist injury, the team announced today. The team will provide medical updates later as needed.Chicago Sky wrote on X
Angel Reese also took to her social media account to appreciate fans for the love and support. As she recovers she will focus on supporting the Sky from the sidelines. Sky need their remaining games to go in their favor for a place in the post-season.
Sadly, her season is over, all fans can do is continue with the wishes and prayers for her speedy recovery. She closes the curtain of her rookie season with an average of 13.6 points and a league-leading 13.1 rebounds per game.
