The Philadelphia Eagles re-signed CJ Gardner-Johnson to strengthen their backfield. But they forgot, with the safety they were also inviting back his off-field antics which they would prefer avoiding.

Only a couple of months after penning a $33 million deal, Johnson found himself in a tight bind. Earlier this week, he dropped a music video titled ‘Motion’ under the name ‘SOG Ceedy.’

The video received attention for its catchy and contemporary rhythm and lyrics. Even part-time rapper Antonio Brown was no exception. After retiring from the NFL, he keeps himself busy surfing through the internet for juicy content. He discovered Johnson’s video and called it ‘trash.’

Brown got the taste of his own medicine when he received a reply.

Bra don’t play (with) me … straight up! Don’t let them people boost ya head my boi!

The 26-year-old kept up the barrage of tweets coming. In the next one, he targeted Brown’s recent shortage of bank balance.

Dude better go pay them banks stop talking to me!

Antonio Brown filed for bankruptcy after failing to pay 8 creditors around $3 million.

This wasn’t the first time Gardner-Johnson had an online feud. Before the NFC Championship game, he poked fun at Deebo Samuel. It began after he shared a clip of the All-Pro receiver fighting in a pregame brawl between the 49ers and the Chicago Bears in October 2023.

Gardner-Johnson is not only famous for making receivers’ lives hard on the internet, but he is also developing the new generation to do the same on the field. A footage of the safety surfaced showing rookie Andre Sam the ropes.

Sam starred for McNeese State during his initial years. He made it into the All-Southland Conference First Team Twice. Then he committed to Marshall University, where he had the first taste of college football.

It didn’t take him long to snatch the primary DB spot. He even led the thundering Herd beating UConn Huskies at the Myrtle Beach Bowl. After that, he transferred to LSU.

Sam had had time keeping up with the standards in the first couple of months in a much bigger program. However, it did not take him long to adapt to the Tigers system and become a dominant player for them and now he is with the Philadelphia Eagles learning from CJ Gardner-Johnson.
