Miro and Andrade had a heated rivalry in AEW in late 2023 before the latter left for WWE. This feud eventually saw the involvement of CJ Perry as well. Now that both superstars are gone from AEW, fans are highly excited for these two to square off once again. However, apparently, no one is more excited than the erstwhile Lana.

CJ Perry penned down her thoughts on X and began by commending both of their athleticism and strength. Now that her ex-husband was no longer with AEW, she was hopeful about seeing a rematch between the two superstars. Furthermore, she made a reference to her involvement in their feud and asked fans to predict who would win the next time.

Of course, Perry and Miro have a long history in the wrestling world. The actress was assigned as a manager to the erstwhile Rusev during his time in WWE. The two superstars seemingly got close while working together and ended up dating in real life. The Stamford-based promotion even used their relationship for stories by making Lana involved with the likes of Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Lashley.

These two lovebirds eventually got married in 2016. Perry even followed her husband to AEW and made several TV appearances for that promotion. However, in September 2023, the couple announced that they were getting a divorce but still seemed to be on amicable terms.

What is the history between Miro, Andrade, and CJ Perry?

In late 2023, CJ Perry started making appearances on AEW TV. However, her then-husband seemingly wasn’t such a big fan and didn’t want her to manage him. The Ravishing Russian then decided to offer her services elsewhere and became the manager for Andrade instead.

The two superstars then faced off at Worlds End 2023, with Perry being at ringside. During the match, Andrade locked his opponent into a Figure Four Leg Lock. It seemed all over the Bulgarian before his wife swiped the Latino’s arms out from under him, thus turning on her client. This allowed Miro to hit a superkick and a Game Over for the submission victory.

It was recently reported that Miro has been released from AEW, alongside Ricky Starks and Aleister Black. There is a lot of speculation that the 39-year-old is going back to WWE. He has even started hanging out with his former colleagues. Thus, if he does end up going back to the Stamford-based promotion, he could definitely have a rematch with Andrade.
