CM Punk is clearly someone who is never afraid to express his honest opinion about controversial issues, events, or even other people. The Second City Saint has made it clear multiple times that he is no fan of Hulk Hogan. Punk expressed his hatred for the former WWE Champion once again during the latest episode of Raw.
On the latest episode of Raw, CM Punk made his entrance shortly after Seth Rollins had cut a promo. Referees had to keep these two from brawling, and the show went to a break after this crisis was averted. During this commercial break, the Best in the World put his hand to his ear while facing the crowd, similar to what Hogan used to do.
Punk’s hatred for Hogan goes back years. Recently, an old clip dating back to 2015 went viral where the Straight Edge Superstar called The Hulkster a garbage human being and made fun of him for forgetting the names of other people.

Since then, he has not been afraid to take shots at Hogan, even if it is not in the script. A few weeks ago, Punk was cutting a promo ahead of the Royal Rumble. He said that even if Hogan was in the Rumble, he would throw his “dusty a**” over the top rope and kill Hulkamania permanently. It was later revealed that this line was not in his original script. However, backstage officials didn’t seem to mind this remark too much and even had a good laugh.

CM Punk’s stint in the Royal Rumble did not go as successfully as he would have liked to. Although he was able to pick up the eliminations of Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, Logan Paul eventually threw him over the top rope. Thus, the Chicago native is now trying to keep his hopes alive of main-eventing WrestleMania through the Elimination Chamber.
The latest episode of Raw was main-evented by Punk going one-on-one against Sami Zayn in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Towards the end of the match, the former NXT Champion hit his opponent with a corner exploder suplex and went for a Helluva Kick. However, the 46-year-old was able to counter, hit a Go to Sleep, and pick up the pinfall victory to qualify.
After the match, Punk offered a handshake, and the two opponents showed incredible sportsmanship spirit. However, the Underdog from the Underground was then ambushed and blindsided by Kevin Owens. The show went off the air with the Prizefighter hitting his “best friend” with a package piledriver.
