CM Punk got his sweet revenge when he cost Drew McIntyre a chance to get back his World Heavyweight Championship. He grabbed his leg and prevented him from hitting a Claymore Kick, causing a distraction. The Best in the World shared a sneak-peak of his preparation moments before his action. 

The Second City Saint took to Instagram and shared an image of him hiding underneath a ring. He even hilariously tagged Raw commentators Pat McAfee and Michael Cole. A victory in the Fatal 4-Way match could’ve seen Drew McIntyre get another opportunity at the big gold title. However, CM Punk‘s distraction allowed Jey Uso to pick up the win with an Uso Splash.

It was a very unique point of view for the WWE Universe, which has always wondered what goes on underneath the ring. As for The Scottish Warrior, he already had built-up anger even before the match because of the events that transpired at WrestleMania XL. He berated and insulted the 45-year-old and even Damian Priest, who cashed in his MITB contract and snatched the title from him.

After months of constant trolling about his injury on social media, The Second City Saint finally snapped at the Show of Shows. McIntyre even expressed his extreme hatred towards him and said he would never forget him for ruining his WrestleMania moment. It will be interesting to see what the 38-year-old does next to get back at Punk.

Drew McIntyre has a new target on his list, as Damian Priest snatched his world title in just 5 minutes and 46 seconds. He expressed his desire to make his life difficult in his recent post on social media.

The 38-year-old took to X and prepared himself to study every movement of his adversary. He decided to focus on his weak spots and his hand speed. However, most importantly, he thought about how he could legitimately hurt him. Fans got excited witnessing McIntyre’s vicious side and an eventual fight between the two heavyweights.
