This week’s SmackDown featured a cinematic face-off between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. Both the stars went back to the field of Georgia Tech to have an emotional agreement regarding their match at Bad Blood against The Bloodline. The American Nightmare had a special message for The Tribal Chief following their intriguing meet-up.

Taking to X, the Undisputed Champion threw down a gauntlet, questioning the honor of The Needle Mover. It implied that Rhodes still has reservations about the integrity of Reigns even after the latter agreed to watch his back. The two stars have been involved in a deeply personal rivalry in the past. Therefore, these doubts are somewhat justified.

The Grandson of a Plumber has had a lot of problems with The Bloodline for almost two years now. Accordingly, his unholy union with Roman Reigns has become somewhat questionable. His wife, Brandi Rhodes, also had a similar flabbergasted reaction to this face-off last night.

Moreover, Rhodes’ friend Kevin Owens also looked unhappy about his decision. That being said, it will come down to Bad Blood, where Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu will face the team of Cody and Roman, with the latter pair looking to finally end this Bloodline tyranny.
