UFC superstar Conor McGregor can’t help but be associated with one ‘Michael’ or another. Edging closer to the iconic Michael Jordan’s billionaire status, ‘Notorious’ hailed praises recently. The former Chicago Bull standout and six-time NBA champion, Jordan, has had many viral moments in his prime. McGregor recently reposted one of those on X.

In a Q&A session (@thenotoriousmma) on his Instagram, Conor McGregor yet again voiced aspirations of overtaking Michael Jordan. Not just that but also to be the brand name that he is. His jumping prowess and slam dunks earned him the monikers ‘Air Jordan’ and ‘His Airness.’ Those have turned into brand-value wearable items nowadays. McGregor is all here for engineering moves on the go.

Unless you’ve hit moves they’ve never seen before you are in no talks. I’ve done it multiple times! Respect to Jordan. BIG GOAT TALK. #FreetheMac

A post on X via the channel Hoops (@HoopMixOnly) featured on @ESPNNBA, @SportsCenter, and @Complex posted montages via the basketball legend. Michael Jordan invented a right backhand dribble midflight and scored a hoop once, which the post alludes to. UFC’s first simultaneous double champ likened himself to it, saying he too has engineered much on the flight.

Since he emerged in the international spotlight, Irish compatriot Ian Garry has seen similarities with McGregor. Recently, he likened their association to that of Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan in MMA. Even away from fighting, the Irishman enjoys massive proportions of fandom and fame. Subsequently, he is never too far away from making more windfall and edging his brand name closer to Jordan.

Conor McGregor makes massive claim on new business venture

Conor McGregor’s fighting career and business ventures have amassed a massive fortune. According to Forbes, the UFC star made nearly $150 million from the sale of his highly successful celebrity whiskey brand to Proximo Spirits for a reported $600 million. However, his total earnings from his career far exceed that figure. Consequently, that is about to go up even more.

Lately, Conor McGregor has been dropping hints about an addition to his ‘Proper 12 Whiskey’ and ‘Irish Forged Strout.’ In an Instagram Q&A, a fan asked McGregor about it. The Irishman said something was cooking in the books.

Yes I have a Bombshell of an announcement imminent. For Summers! fans of this particular beverage would be very happy...The competition! Not so much. Forged Army.

Proper 12, an Irish whiskey named after the Crumlin area of Dublin 12, where McGregor grew up, has been available since September 2018. Incredibly, though, in its first year of operation, Proper 12 generated revenues of approximately $1 billion (£747 million).

Additionally, McGregor’s ‘Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple’ already tout massive gains as their go-to signature product and award-winning blend. Many influencers and YouTubers have considered it their favorite among all celeb brands. If and when Eire Born Spirits LLC comes up with another viral signature blend, it will go through the roof.
