5. Virat Kohli – 76 catches

Virat Kohli has consistently been one of the best fielders in the world for quite some time now. The Royal Challengers Bangalore and India skipper has always stressed on maintaining the highest fitness standards and to always be active on the field.

He has always led from the front and the same has been evident in his caching as well as he has plucked 76 catches in his IPL career so far. He is all set to add to the tally come the 2021 edition of the tournament.

4. AB de Villiers – 85 catches

Mr. 360° or Mr. Superman, one can call him anything…Wonder Why??

It’s just because what he brings to the table is something immense, something players don’t achive while playing for 10-15 years, the impact ABD has during a match is something one can’t deny.

3. Rohit Sharma – 89 catches

All in all, Rohit has a total tally of 89 catches in 200 appearances. Rohit has a catch average of 0.445 catches per innings.

2. Kieron Pollard – 90 catches

Kieron Pollard has always been portrayed as one of the most reliable all-rounders in the history of IPL.

From the very first season, Pollard has shown how he can turn matches with the long-handel or with his slower bouncers, he’s also a very fine fielder and is often seen using his height (6′ 4”) for taking mind-boggling catches at the boundary.

Untill last season, Pollard had a total of 90 catches (in 164 innings) under his name with a catch average of 0.548 catches per innings.

1. Suresh Raina – 102 catches

Chinna Thala or Raina has been one of the best fielders the Cricket World has ever seen. With those flying dives during slip catching and those mesmerizing direct hits, he has been one of the most important players behind Chennai Super King’s success in IPL.

While playing for CSK, Raina had just missed one match before the 2020 edition where he missed the full edition, Yes you read that right, Just one solitary match in the year 2018.

Till date, Raina is the only player with more than 100 catches under his name. In total he has 102 catches in 192 innings with a catching average of 0.531 catches per match.
