Team India has kickstarted their preparations for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021. All the players have assembled in the team hotel after parting ways with their Indian Premier League franchise and are busy with their training and practice sessions. The Men in Blue will be facing England in their first warm-up game for the T20 tournament on October 18, Monday.

Hours before the warm-up match, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) dropped an adorable video that had left the entire cricket fraternity swooning. In the clip, India’s power-hitter Hardik Pandya can be seen giving an interview for the International Cricket Council (ICC).

However, during the interaction, the batter had the sweetest interruption as his one-year-old son Agastya gatecrashed his interview. Agastya adorably walked into the interview room and rushed to his father. Hardik welcomed his son with full zeal as held his hand made him meet the people present in the room.

Following the introductions, the seam all-rounder sweetly asked his son to go out of the room so that he could join him after finishing his work. The cute video posted by BCCI attracted a lot of limelight as the fans couldn’t have enough of the bond between Agastya and Hardik.

Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya will be looking forward to the T20 World Cup as he has to justify his selection in the T20 World Cup. The 28-year-old isn’t bowling for the past few months due to his back issues and many have raised their objection over the inclusion of Pandya as a pure batsman.

Adding to the misery, Hardik delivered a below-average performance in the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. The right-hander couldn’t perform well for his IPL franchise Mumbai Indians and would be keen to give a fitting reply to his critics by helping India win the T20 Championship.
