England are on a roll in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021. The Three Lions have succeeded all the expectations in the competition by winning their first four league matches on the trot. Playing against Sri Lanka at Sharjah, England delivered another clinical performance as they scripted a win by 26 runs.

Jason Roy (2/10): Jason Roy succumbed to a below-average performance as he could score only nine runs off six deliveries. 

Dawid Malan (2/10): Dawid Malan lost his wicket quite early in the game. The batter ended up with just 6 runs. 

Jonny Bairstow (1/10): Johnny Bairstow delivered a disappointing performance. The wicketkeeper was dismissed on a golden duck.  

Jos Buttler (10/10): Jos Buttler was terrific against Sri Lanka. The wicketkeeper-batter hammered his first century as he slammed 101 runs off 67 balls.

Eoin Morgan (8/10). Captain Eoin Morgan finally regained his form as he hammered 40 runs off just 36 balls. 

Chris Woakes (8/10): Chris Woakes leaked a lot of runs against Sri Lanka. Woakes conceded runs at an economy rate of 10. However, he also managed to pick up a wicket in the form of Bhanuka Rajapaksa.

Chris Jordan (9.5/10): The seamer Chris Jordan also played an important role in England’s victory. The seamer picked two wickets while bowling at an economy rate of 6.

Adil Rashid (7/10): Adil Rashid looked in good touch with the ball. Rashid conceded just 19 runs in his four overs. He also picked up two wickets.

Kusal Perera (2/10): The opening batter Kusal Perera couldn’t prolong his stay in the middle as he was dismissed when he was playing at seven. 

Pathum Nissanka (1/10): The other opening batter Pathum Nissanka had a torrid outing as he ended up losing his wicket after scoring just one run. 

Charith Asalanka (5/10): Charith Asalanka started off on a good note but failed to get going. He lost his wicket to Adam Zampa after adding 21 runs to the scoreboard in 16 balls. 

Avishka Fernando (4/10): The match against Bangladesh didn’t go as per the plan for Avishka Fernando. The 23-year-old scored a 14-ball 13. 

Bhanuka Rajapaksa (7/10): Bhanuka Rajapaksa flaunted his class with the willow as he hammered not out 33 runs off 26 balls. 

Dasun Shanaka (c) (5/10): The skipper Dasun Shanaka failed to live up to the expectations as he ended up scoring only 26 runs in the 18 balls he faced throughout the game.

Wanindu Hasaranga (9.5/10): Wanindu Hasaranga played a sublime knock with the willow as he scored a sensible 34. The all-rounder was also good with the ball as he picked up a three-wicket haul.
