Fans spotted having gala time in the special sitting arrangements during Australia vs South Africa clash

The Super 12 round of the 2021 edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup kickstarted with a rip-roaring encounter between Australia and South Africa. The two teams are up against each other at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Both the sides have some good power-hitters in their squad and thus the cricket fanatics are having a gala time watching the match live from the stands.
Notably, the Emirates Cricket Board (EBC) has given the required permissions for the presence of a limited number of spectators in the stadium. For the same, the ICC and BCCI have made special arrangements to ensure that all the Covid-19 protocols are being followed during the games.
While several fans were allowed to watch the match from the stands, there were a few people who could be seen chilling in special boxes. Notably, the officials have arranged special boxes in the field area outside the stadium that can easily fit three people. Many who couldn’t get hold of the tickets were seen enjoying the game from the special sitting arrangements. The picture of the same has been going viral on social media.
Australia takes an edge over South Africa post first innings

The match between Australia and South Africa commenced with skipper Aaron Finch winning the toss and making the obvious choice of bowling first. Finch’s decision was spot-on as Australia looked absolutely brilliant with the ball. The Men in Yellow gave absolutely no time to the South African batters to settle in the middle.
It was a combined effort by the Australian bowlers as Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazelwood and Adam Zampa ended up with two wickets each. Glenn Maxwell and Pat Cummins also had one each to their name. In the end, Africa could score only 118 runs in their 20 overs with Aiden Markram as the top run-scorer (40 off 36).
