The Right-arm fast bowler is known for his deadly bouncers and has 46 wickets to his name in his IPL career. It is noteworthy that the pace bowler set the stages of IPL 2020 on fire by exploiting 20 wickets of just 14 matches standing second for the Purple cap holder’s race.

Jofra Archer in his early days was found to be a vivid user of social media and the bowler used to make numerous tweets on various players. The fans believed that the English pacer was predicting things to happen in the future through his indications made in the tweets.

In 2014, he made a tweet on Rohit Sharma during the match of Mumbai Indians against Rajasthan Royals. The tweet surfaced the social media after a few overs being bowled in the match as it read, “This is foolishness Rohit”.

The reason for Archer to make a tweet criticizing Rohit Sharma is not yet been found.

The Tweet of the Archer was initially inferred to criticize some decision made by the MI skipper during the match. The match was a crucial one for Mumbai Indians to Qualify for the Playoffs. Royals were in a comfortable position as the franchise posted a monumental 189 runs with the help of Sanju Samson’s destructive knock of 74 runs of 47 balls.

Also, RR was only required to prevent MI from chasing the target within 15 overs to qualify for the Playoffs as they had a better net run rate than MI. With MI losing both the openers, Corey Anderson came to the rescue with a stunning knock of 95 of 44 deliveries and helped MI to reach the target within the stipulated 14.4 overs making an unbelievable entry to the Playoffs.

The reason for the MI skipper being criticized by Archer in his tweet is not yet confirmed but lets hope the Nostradamus hasn’t indicated anything about Hit-man’s performance in the upcoming WTC finals which is the most desperate finals for India to win as they have been denied an ICC trophy since 2013.
