After Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu was elected, the relations between India and Maldives have deteriorated. During his campaign, he had advocated for “India Out” in the nation, which caused a massive row. After a minister in his government racially abused Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, things quickly escalated.
Amid this row, an old video of former Indian captain, MS Dhoni, went viral. Dhoni has admitted that he’s never been much of a huge traveler. The cricketer has gone to play cricket across the world but has never gone for vacation. In contrast, he said his wife Sakshi Dhoni loved to travel. So they decided that they would vacation in India itself.

Ziva Dhoni, MS Dhoni’s daughter, has been a fan favorite. Despite Dhoni keeping his personal life as out of the spotlight as possible, he does often post photos of him and his family. His daughter does have an Instagram account as well, where Dhoni and his wife post pictures of her. Recently a photo of Ziva and Dhoni was uploaded on her account, which went viral pretty fast.
Ziva was born in 2015, a week before the start of the 2015 ODI World Cup. Dhoni famously said that he was on national duty and that’s why he didn’t go home for her birth.
