In preparation for the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup, the Australian Cricket Team will be playing a 3 match ODI series against the Indian Cricket Team. Australia will be playing with a full strength squad, while India has rested important players for the first 2 ODIs. The full strength squad will play in the 3rd ODI.
The two teams last played against each other before the 2023 Indian Premier League, which Australia won 2-1. Australia is coming off a 3-2 series loss against South Africa while India recently won the 2023 ODI Asia Cup, after beating Sri Lanka in the finals.
Pat Cummins is set to comeback in ODIs, after suffering a broken wrist that had him out for 6 weeks. Mitchell Starc and Glenn Maxwell will miss the first ODI. Axar Patel is out due to injury and many key players rested.

When and where will the 3 ODIs be played?
The 1st ODI will be played on 22nd September at the Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali. The 2nd ODI will be played at the Holkar Stadium, Nashik on 24th September. The 3rd ODI will be played on the 27th September at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.
What time will each match begin?
All matches will be starting at 1:30 pm (IST). The toss will take place at 1 pm.
