After Deepak Chahar, who has already been ruled out of the IPL 2022 after suffering a back problem while recovering from a quadriceps injury, Adam Milne has been ruled out.  He only appeared for one game for CSK this season, going wicketless with 19 runs conceded in 2.3 overs. CSK coach Stephen Fleming was positive about the pacer’s recovery, saying a few days ago that he may be back in shape soon. However, things do not appear to be going as planned for the four-time champions.

They’ve lost five of their first six games, and their bowling has indeed been particularly poor. Deepak Chahar, their pace specialist, being hurt and ruled out without playing a match has undoubtedly contributed to their poor performance, while their batting has also struggled.
