Though Shubman Gill has yet to reveal information about his dating life, fans are not waiting for his answers. Whenever India dominate their opponents, fans, apart from cheering for the team, engage in fun activity in the stadium.

During India’s match against Sri Lanka, the crowd at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai started teasing Shubman Gill with Sara Tendulkar‘s name who was present in the stadium. The crowd started chanting “Hamari bhabhi kaisi ho, Sara bhabhi jaisi ho“.

Sara Tendulkar, the daughter of Sachin Tendulkar, is dating Gill, albeit, this is just a rumor now. Before the Sri Lanka match, Gill and Sara were spotted together at an event in Mumbai and avoided getting photographed.

Sara also marked her presence during India’s match against Bangladesh in Pune. Videos of Sara from that match made rounds on social media as she could be seen clapping in joy after Gill’s boundaries and sixes.

During the match against Sri Lanka, when Gill missed his century by eight runs, a shocked Sara covered her mouth before appreciating the innings he played. She also joined the crowd to give a standing ovation to Gill when he was returning to the dugout.

Shubman Gill misses maiden World Cup century by eight runs

India, after being asked to bat first, did not have a great start as they lost the wicket of captain Rohit Sharma for four runs. But the pair of Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill helped in the shift of the momentum and soon they stitched a 189-run stand.

Unfortunately, Kohli and Gill missed their tons as both got dismissed by Dilshan Madushanka. While Kohli got dismissed for 88 runs, Gill missed his ton by eight runs. He scored 92 runs from 92 balls with 11 boundaries and two sixes.
