Former CSK superstar spotted sitting in the Royal Box at Wimbledon; see pictures
Former CSK all-rounder Sam Curran visited Wimbledon on 8th July 2023 and was seen sitting in the Royal Box.

Former CSK all-rounder from England was spotted sitting in the Royal Box at Wimbledon on day 6 at Centre Court. Sam Curran was given a special seat at Wimbledon and was also introduced to the crowd. Though Curran is not a part of the English side currently playing in the Ashes, he is playing in the Vitality Blast and after winning a quarter-final match on Friday, he visited Wimbledon on Saturday.
Tennis legends Billie Jean King and Sue Barker also graced the occasion with their presence and were introduced to the crowd before the match as well.
Former Indian cricketer Ravi Shastri was also in attendance on day 6 during the match of the top-seeded Carlos Alcaraz and Nicholas Jarry. Shastri often visits Wimbledon and is a regular in the audience.

Sam Curran visits Wimbledon
Sam Curran who was fresh out of a quarter-final win for Surrey against Lancashire, decided to visit Wimbledon on day 6 and found a seat in the Royal Box. He was accompanied by various other sports personalities.
The official account of Wimbledon tweeted, “A special seat in the Royal Box for IPL and England superstar, Sam Curran.” Meanwhile, the fans also reacted to this picture of Curran from the Royal Box.
Sam Curran is currently a part of the Punjab Kings who bought him for a whopping 18.50 CR, making him the most expensive player in IPL history. He started his IPL career with the Punjab Kings, then moved to CSK and after winning a trophy with them, he is back in Punjab.
