LLC issues legal notice to S Sreesanth for emotional rant and posts after ugly fight with Gautam Gambhir

The  Legends League Cricket (LLC) has been in controversy as Gautam Gambhir and S Sreesanth had a verbal spat on field. According to the pacer, he was called a “fixer” and was constantly abused by the former Indian captain. He uploaded a video where he called out the southpaw and had commented on his post as well. 

Now he is in trouble with the LLC as he has issued a legal notice for his Instagram posts. According to the league, he has breached his contract and they will not have any dialogue with him until he deletes his posts and comments regarding his fight with Gambhir.

Sreesanth also faces some legal issues in which he is accused of cheating a man of over ₹18.70 lakhs. He along with 2 other people had taken that amount from a man in Kerala, claiming he would be a partner in an academy with the pacer. He has been booked under IPC section 420 for cheating and dishonourment. 

Irfan Pathan gives statement regarding feud

After the on-field spat, Gautam Gambhir posted a photo of him smiling on Instagram with the caption, “Smile when the world is all about attention!” While Sreesanth wrote a long paragraph calling out the southpaw’s behavior, his teammate Irfan Pathan had only two words in support of Gambhir.

He wrote, “Best answer,” which leads to many people assuming the all-rounder is in support of Gambhir. The former Indian captain posted the same photo and caption on X, to which Pathan replied, “Smile is the best answer brother.”   

Pathan has played with both Gambhir and Sreesanth in his career. The trio were a part of the 2007 T20 World Cup winning squad, with all three having an important role with the triumph. Gambhir scored 75, Pathan took 3 wickets and Sreesanth picked up a wicket and took the match winning catch.
