Dhoni, who is 42 years old, is well-liked by fans and celebrities. Union Minister Smriti Irani appears to be a Dhoni supporter as well.

When asked who her favorite cricketer was, Smriti responded that it was MS Dhoni. She replied to the inquiry with three popular ‘Dhoni’ stickers.
The Ranchi-born 42-year-old cricketer led India to all three ICC titles, making history. The Men in Blue won the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup, and 2013 Champions Trophy under his leadership. He reached cricketing greatness through critical moments. Former wicketkeeper-batsman Saba Karim recently lighted MS Dhoni‘s early years.
Dhoni’s career changed when he worked with Karim in order to grow. A tri-series between India A, Pakistan A, and Kenya gave Dhoni a chance to shine. His selection for the December 2004 tour of Bangladesh showed his promise with impressive performances including a 148 against Pakistan and an unbeaten 183 against Sri Lanka in 2005.
Notably, Dhoni’s influence goes beyond international. He shared the IPL title with Rohit Sharma‘s Mumbai Indians with five titles for Chennai Super Kings (CSK). In August 2020, Dhoni retired from international cricket, but his popularity lasts a lifetime.

“Looking for an answer? This is the best time to announce my retirement. But the amount of love I have received all over. The easy thing would be to walk away from here, but the harder thing would be working hard for 9 months and try to play another IPL. It would be a gift from me, won’t be easy on the body “, Dhoni’s words before collecting the IPL trophy of 2023.
As he relaxes in Ranchi, Dhoni’s humility and determination come out. Despite retirement rumors, he thanked fans for their support. Other cricketing superstar Virat Kohli is on a break from national duty to prepare for the Asia Cup 2023 in Sri Lanka.
