Raj Laxmi Arora is the only female staff who traveled with Team India for the T20 World Cup in Australia. She has been an integral part of the Board of Control for Cricket in India [BCCI] since 2015.
She attended Riverdale High School and completed her graduation in media studies from the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication in Pune. She started her career as a content writer.
She joined the BCCI as a Social Media Manager in 2015 and has been promoted to Senior Producer. In 2019, she became the head of the BCCI’s four-member Internal Committee (IC). Her main job there was to deal with allegations of sexual misconduct. She also deals with the misbehavior of players.
She is also in charge of the communication between players and the media. She is very active on social media and has 48.2K followers on Instagram.

India will be playing two warm-up matches ahead of the T20 World Cup 2022
Meanwhile, the upcoming T20 World Cup is starting on October 16 with a match between Sri Lanka and Namibia. Rohit Sharma‘s Men in Blue will open their campaign on October 23 to clash against arch-rivals Pakistan at the MCG in Melbourne. But before the actual World Cup, Team India will be taking part in two warm-up matches against Australia and New Zealand.
A total of 16 teams are participating in the World Cup, and eight of them have already qualified. The other eight will clash against each other from October 16, and the top two will reach Super 12.
