Ravindra Jadeja heaped praise on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) management for their equal treatment of all the players irrespective of whether they are senior or junior or whether they are playing or not. He said the owner, N Srinivasan has never put any pressure on any players in all the years.

Last year, Jadeja was made the captain as MS Dhoni relinquished the leadership role a day or two before the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). But CSK under Jadeja struggled poorly. Owing to the team’s disastrous first half, Dhoni was made the captain again but the Yellow brigade couldn’t able to recover.

Things seemed to have gotten worse between Jadeja who, as per rumors, wanted to leave the franchise but ahead of the auction for the 2023 IPL, Jadeja had a long one-to-one conversation with N Srinivasan and with Dhoni, which sorted out everything.

CSK management and the owners (N Srinivasan) never put any pressure on any players. Even now after 11 years with CSK, they have the same attitude and approach. They’ll never make you feel low even when you aren’t performing well,” Jadeja told Star Sports. He then added that there’s no senior or junior kind of thing in CSK and a youngster from U-19 will get the same respect and treatment as the seniors.
