Ritika Sajdeh, the wife of Rohit Sharma, made a big revelation as her blunt take on the Rohit Sharma-Hardik Pandya captaincy saga led to a massive uproar. In an Instagram post, Mumbai Indians coach Mark Boucher explained the captaincy development in the camp.

But Ritika dropped a comment, writing, “So many things are wrong with this.” The moment the comment caught the attention of the fans, it became viral.

Now fans said it’s confirmed that everything is not alright in the MI camp after they made Pandya the captain. Notably, some reports said Pandya wanted to become the next MI captain to make the move to his old franchise possible. To add fuel to the rift rumor, MI’s Jasprit Bumrah and Suryakumar Yadav uploaded cryptic posts on their respective social media accounts.

After Ritika’s comment, the social media account, which posted the video of Boucher, deleted it. Fans are now confused as to what led to its deletion.

Fans joke Ritika Sajdeh has the power to destroy MI with a one-liner

After the deletion of the post, fans joked that it was the work of the franchise owners. Ritika Sajdeh’s comment also led to a fan war between Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli fans. Some fans said that Ritika’s one-line comment was more effective than Anushka’s paragraph on Instagram Story slamming Sunil Gavaskar.

Before the auction for the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL), Pandya was traded back to MI from Gujarat Titans (GT) in an all-cash deal and a few days later, MI announced that the all-rounder-would lead the team in IPL 2024.

This new development angered the MI fans, given that Sharma has been with the franchise for a long time, captaining them to five trophies.
