A few months ago, Sara Tendulkar, the daughter of Sachin Tendulkar, expressed her concern over the misuse of technology after a photo of her posing with her brother Arjun Tendulkar was morphed. In that fake image, which started circulating across social media, Arjun’s face was morphed into Shubman Gill.

And now, Sachin himself has become a victim of deepfake technology. After coming across a video, Sachin voiced his concerns over the misusage of technology. In that video, Sachin can be seen promoting an app by narrating how Sara also uses it to earn quick money.

These videos are fake. It is disturbing to see rampant misuse of technology. Request everyone to report videos, ads & apps like these in large numbers.

How netizens reacted to Sachin Tendulkar’s deepfake video?

A fan, who opined how artificial intelligence is dangerous, shared another deepfake video of Sachin Tendulkar sitting in front of a house. Some fans joked and thanked Sachin, saying they would download the application to earn some easy money. Some worried fans said even ‘God’ won’t be able to save the world from the misuse of technology.
