It is important to note that there is no verified information available to claim if the scientists at Magadha DS University have indeed created the model or if it's just made up by someone using AI to make it look like Dhoni.

As per some reports, the scientists at Magadha DS University reconstructed a 3D model of Chanakya (or Kautilya), who wrote the Arthashastra, a classic book on economics and politics. However, there is an uncanny resemblance between the 3D model of Chanakya and former Indian captain MS Dhoni.
When the picture of the 3D model of Chanakya surfaced on the internet, an X user shared the post, drawing hilarious reactions from cricket fans.

Chanakya (or Kautilya) was the chief advisor to Chandragupta Maurya and is believed to have helped Chandragupta found the Mauryan Empire in Pataliputra, the capital of Magadha (modern-day Bihar) around 320 BCE. Apart from being the advisor of the emperor, Chanakya was also a teacher, philosopher, and author and is also believed to have taught at Takshashila University.
Fans joke MS Dhoni is Chanakya’s reincarnation
As the picture went viral among the cricket fans, they started joking that they now know the reason why MS Dhoni is good at strategizing. They joked that Dhoni was Chanakya in his previous life, and that’s why he is a good tactician and a mastermind in cricket.
Others said the scientists might have reconstructed the model by watching the 2019 World Cup semifinal. And as expected, some Dhoni fans again found a reason to say the now popular phrases, “Message is clear” (as Magadha has 7 letters) or “Thala for a reason“.
