AB de Villiers shares a piece of advice for Shubman Gill
Shubman Gill is enjoying stunning form this year and continued the same in the opening match of the Gujarat Titans as well. He scored a half-century to guide the defending champion to their first win by five wickets in the league stage matches. He scored 63 runs from 36 balls from six boundaries and three sixes.
South African great AB de Villiers shared a piece of advice for the 23-year-old, saying that Gill should respect his form and shouldn’t let it go. “Now it’s a matter of respecting your form. Come in, and get a good start in the IPL. Get your feet off the ground. He is in good form, he has prepared well, and the confidence is there. Now it’s just a matter of respecting the form, don’t let it go,” de Villiers after the match.
Gill will be next seen in action on Tuesday (April 4) when Gujarat will take on Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley stadium in New Delhi.
