Australia’s Alyssa Healy captained the Test side for the first time since becoming the captain after Meg Lanning. The one-off Test against India did not end in Australia’s favor as they lost a Test match to the same opponent for the first time in history on December 24 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Healy, however, won the hearts of the Indian fans due to her gesture following the match. As the Indian teams were celebrating with the trophy, Healy turned photographer and started clicking pictures of the host team.

It wasn’t my camera. I was just pushing the camera crew back. So, I thought I’d allow one of them to get up there nice and close. But I actually cut out half of the Indian team by accident. So, I don’t think you’ll be using that one (laughs).
Healy said during the post-match press conference.
