Watch: CSK shares cute video of Robin Uthappa and his son

A cute video featuring Robin Uthappa and his son went viral this morning. The video was shared by the official social media handles of the Chennai Super Kings. The robust Chennai batsman and his son were seen walking towards the hotel alongside the whole Chennai team. Uthappa was seen carrying a pillow and his trolley, walking along with his son Neale. 

The father and son duo were seen engaging in a cute conversation while walking down the hotel alleyway. The short video was added with song soulful words and music. The netizens drew a perfect impersonation of the video from the Lion King movie and it’s similar father-son relationship. The Chennai official social media handles title the video “ You got a dream, You gotta protect it” 

Uthappa has been in good form for Chennai and scored a big 88 in their match against RCB. The super Kings ended up winning that match and that was one of the two victories this season.

Chennai’s turbulent IPL

The defending champions are not having an ideal season they would have wanted. Chennai has managed to win only two games out of their eight fixtures. The captaincy shift hasn’t certainly helped the Chennai Super Kings. Ravindra Jadeja has summoned captaincy duties, as MS Dhoni has stepped down as the CSK captain. 

Chennai‘s last match was against the Punjab Kings at the Wankhede Stadium, which they ended up losing. In spite of brilliant batting from Ambati Rayudu, Chennai could not emerge victorious against the Punjab franchise. The Chennai supporters are eagerly waiting for their team to get back in form. 

CSK’s next match is against the Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 1. The CSK fans will be expecting nothing less than a victory. And the men in yellow will be definitely looking to bounce back.
