England was locking horns with South Africa in the first T20I on Wednesday, July 27 at Bristol. During the match, English batter Jonny Bairstow was seen involving in an angry verbal fight with someone in the crowd.
This happened at the end of ninth over when England had lost two wickets with the score of 73. Bairstow was playing at 19 runs off 12 balls while other batter Dawid Malan was at 23 runs off 14 balls. In the meantime, Bairstow could be seen verbally fight with someone in the crowd.
The commentator were in splits. They must have have remembered that if Bairstow gets angry somehow, it will be good for England, because an angry Bairstow gets explosive and scores quick runs. During the recently-concluded Test match between India and England, Virat Kohli sledged Bairstow and the latter then scored a ton.

In-form batter Jonny Bairstow scored 90-runs off 41 balls while Moeen Ali smashed England’s quickest T20I half-century. He smashed 50 runs off just 16 balls to set a huge target of 235. This is also their second highest T20I target. First being when they posted against New Zealand at Napier in 2019.
“It was a great performance, what we’ve been looking for, a brilliant total, we were under the threat for a while but delighted with the win,” England skipper Jos Buttler told Sky Sports.
While Moeen Ali, the player of the match said, “Generally I back myself, try to see it and hit it. Jonny is so powerful, I try to remind him of the good things he does.”
