With a combined efforts from batsman at different positions, Rajasthan Royals had posted a total of 178/6 against Lucknow Supergiants on Sunday, May 15 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.
Rajasthan had won the toss and opted to bat first. Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 41 off 29 with 6 fours and a six. Jos Buttler walked back walked back by scoring just two runs. Sanju Samson and Devdutt Padikkal had scored 32 and 39 respectively.
Riyan Parag has scored 19 runs off 16 balls but, in the 18th, over, Ravi Bishnoi bowled a long hop around middle. Riyan Parag turned and tried to power his pull shot over the fence at deep mid-wicket. But his shot lacked the desired elevation and Marcus Stoinis dived near the fence to complete a brilliant catch.

RR’s playoffs scenario
Rajasthan Royals are currently occupying the third position on the points table with 14 points and Lucknow Super Giants are placed second on it with 16 points. If RR win this match, they will also qualify for the playoffs.
