Recently 2011 ICC ODI World Cup winning captain, MS Dhoni, was spotted in Mumbai, celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi. He returned from his vacation from the United States of America and currently visited Mumbai.
In the video, the CSK Captain was involved in the celebrations happening in Mumbai. MS Dhoni offered flowers to Lord Ganesha and seeked the blessing of Lord Ganesha. The location of the Idol is unknown but the video went viral on the social media site X.
Ganesh Chathurti began on 19th September and the festival will go on till Anant Chaturdeshi on 28th September. Devotees bring home Idols of Lord Ganesha and decorate an area to keep the Ganesh Idol. It is worshiped for 10 days, with it then being immersed in any body of water on Ananta Chaturdashi. The festival is celebrated in the states of Maharashtra, Madya Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, etc every year.

MS Dhoni’s visit of the United States
MS Dhoni went on a small, eventful vacation in the United States of America. Some of the highlights of his vacation was playing golf with Ex-President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, in his golf course in New Jersey.
He was then later spotted in New York, attending the US Open. He was spectating the quarter-final fixture between Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev. Alcaraz beat Zverev 6-3. 62. 6-3.
MS Dhoni has stopped playing international and domestic cricket, but is playing in the Indian Premier League for the Chennai Super Kings. He recently led CSK to their 5th IPL title and equalized Rohit Sharma as the captains with the most IPL titles. Due to a knee injury, it isn’t confirmed if MS Dhoni would return to the 2024 IPL, especially as he is now 42 years old.
