WATCH: Ravichandran Ashwin’s aggressive celebration after taking CSK’s Devon Conway’s wicket

In the match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals, the latter’s spinner Ravichandran Ashwin was seen evry animated after picking Devon Conway’s wicket on Friday, May 20 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

CSK had won the toss and decided to bat first and openers Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway walked out to bat. Gaikwad scored only 2 runs as Trent Boult dismissed him in the last ball of the first over. Moeen Ali kept adding runs. But his parntner Devon Conway had to walk back after Ravichandran Ashwin dismissed him for an LBW.

Ravichandran Ashwin bowled a full ball on leg stump and Conway got low to sweep but missed and got trapped on the pads. Ashwin appealed and the umpire’s finger had gone up. Conway decided to go upstairs but the DRS was against Conway and he had to walk back to the dressing room. Ashwin was all emotions after taking his wicket.

CSK stumble after power-play

Till the powerplay, CSK looked to go for a big score until the wicket of Devon Conway shattered the innings as runs started coming slowly. Right now, when this article is being written, CSK have scored 140 and at the crease are MS Dhoni and Moeen Ali and they have scored 25 and 92 so far respectively.
