Yuvraj Singh is one of the best cricketers to play for India. In his peak, he was crucial for the Indian team winning the 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 ODI World Cup. Retiring in 2019 from all forms of cricket, Singh has been heavily involved in charity and at times plays in few T20 leagues.

With the 2024 Lok Sabha elections upcoming, there were rumors of Singh contesting from Gurdaspur, Punjab. But the cricketer was fast to quash all rumors on X (formerly Twitter), claiming his passion instead is in supporting and helping people.

Singh and Sharma were a part of India’s 2007 T20I World Cup winning team. Both made their T20I debuts in the tournament. While the southpaw played all matches for India, Sharma played only four. Singh scored 148 in 7 innings, with fifties against England and Australia, which included six sixes in an over. Meanwhile, the Indian captain scored a fifty and a match-winning 30* against Pakistan in the final.
