IPL 2022: [Watch] – Sheldon Jackson lands a one-handed stunner to send Sherfane Rutherford back to the pavilion
Sheldon Jackson
Sheldon Jackson’s one-handed stunner to send back Sherfane Rutherford made the sixth match of the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between RCB and KKR more interesting. With his brilliant effort behind the wickets, the KKR wicketkeeper brought his team back into the game. Rutherford had been standing in the middle for a long time, looking like he was about to take RCB home.
However, a brilliant move by Shreyas Iyer to bowl out Tim Southee turned the game around. Southee bowled a good length delivery that nipped back a little to kiss Rutherford’s inside edge in the 18th over of RCB’s innings. The ball, on the other hand, was dying on the wicketkeeper, who reached for it with one hand. Jackson dove full-length to his right, grabbing the ball millimetres off the ground.
Take a look at Sheldon Jackson’s brilliant effort:

Umesh Yadav extends his sensational run in the IPL 2022, removing Virat Kohli to keep KKR in the game against RCB
Umesh Yadav has recently been absent from the white-ball scheme of things. While he has been with the Indian team in the Test squad, the right-arm pacer has not impressed the selectors enough to earn a spot in the limited-overs team. Furthermore, Yadav did not find a buyer in the IPL 2022 and went unsold before the Kolkata Knight Riders decided to include him in their team.
And, much to the delight of the Kolkata management and many fans, Umesh has been in sensational form in IPL 2022. The 34-year-old was named Player of the Match in the tournament opener against the Chennai Super Kings after taking two wickets for 20 runs in four overs. And now he’s picked two against the Royal Challengers Bangalore, who are attempting to defend only 128. Not only did he dismiss Anuj Rawat, but he also got Virat Kohli out, getting him to nick one through to the keeper in the first ball of the third over.
