“Very Fulfilling” Virender Sehwag’s Foundation delivers free high-quality food amidst the COVID-19 pandemic

Former Indian cricketer, Virender Sehwag has been helping the needy and Covid victims by providing high-quality foods via his “Virender Sehwag foundation” and has continously tweeted about it so that more people to reach him.
Sehwag has currently been taking all possible efforts to help the victims of the novel coronavirus and those being starved amidst the government imposed lockdown through his foundation. The Virender Sehwag Foundation has already served over 51,000 COVID-19 affected people with cooked meals and has offered more help to those down with COVID-19.

The former opener who used to open the attack with his bat against the rivals in the ground is continuing to do the same at a different field to chase down his target “the novel coronavirus” and save the Indians victimized to the deadly pandemic situation.

Virender Sehwag’s foundation is also currently involved in the procurement of oxygen as there is a high rarity to the availability of Oxygen cylinders which are essentials for the treatment of COVID affected patients and had also invited interested people towards contributing for the same.
Along with Virender Sehwag, there are many other cricketers such as Pat Cummins, Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, Jayadev Unadkat who have been offering their help through various modes such as collecting funds, donation of their match fee, etc.
The Indian skipper has recently joined hands with his wife Anushka Sharma to initiate a fundraising campaign and the couple had already made a donation of 2 crores towards the fund.
