The 23-year-old wicket-keeper batsman who struggled with consistency issues in the early part of his career at the biggest stage has now made the cricketing stage his own with some stellar performances. An A contract provides a salary of Rs. 5 crore per year. Apart from it, in the IPL for Delhi Capitals, Pant earns Rs. 15 crore per year as his retention salary after the boost he received in 2021. Therefore, his total salary from cricket is Rs. 20 crore per year. Also, Pant endorses brands like The Pant Project, JSW, SG, Adidas, Boost who all pay him.

Next up, the focus for Pant will be the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) where he is bound to be the wicket-keeper batsman who gets the nod in the playing XI ahead of Wriddhiman Saha. If he continues his excellent form with the bat in the summit clash as well, India would be in good stead to clinch the title against New Zealand at the Ageas Bowl in England.
