Yuzvendra Chahal shares uproarious photos of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ravi Bishnoi

No one can doubt Yuzvendra Chahal’s being one of the funniest cricketers in the Indian cricket team. From leisurely watching the game with his favourite pose and a meme face on the field and his hilarious reels on Instagram to posting comical comments there, Yuzvendra Chahal remains the comedian off the field.

Earlier, the Haryana-born player once again shared two funny faces on his Instagram story. Using weird filters, in one story, he clicked a photo of Ruturaj Gaikwad who was busy with his cell phone, and turned him into a girl with two braids. He posted the picture with the caption: “See you soon”. In the next photo, with the caption “cutie”, Yuzvendra Chahal turned the smiling Ravi Bishnoi into a girl too with two braided ponytails and two missing teeth.

Several white-ball cricketers are training to enhance their fitness levels for the two World Cups in the next 20 months at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. The fitness camp has started on March 5 and will end on March 14, that is today. At least 25 players have gone practicing at the camp.

Preparing the players for the two big events

The players who have started the training are Shikhar Dhawan, Yuzvendra Chahal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Shardul Thakur, Harshal Patel, Varun Chakravarthy, Washington Sundar, Venkatesh Iyer, Prithvi Shaw, Deepak Hooda, Sanju Samson and Umran Malik. Some players who have played the Ranji Trophy recently also joined the camp. Others who are doing a rehabilitation for separate injuries like KL Rahul, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav have also joined the camp.

Last year, players at the NCA had to clear the yo-yo test or the 2-kilometre run. This year, the purpose of the camp is to store the fitness parameters of each player in a central database. BCCI believes that this is a crucial process for preparing the Indian players for the next T20 World Cup which will take place in Australia between October and November and the Indian-hosted ODI World Cup in late 2023.
