Virat Kohli has been playing blazing innings in the ongoing 2023 ODI World Cup. He has already scored a century and missed slamming his second ton by just five runs. His match-winning knocks have ensured India smooth victories over even strong teams like Australia, New Zealand, and Pakistan.
However, the talismanic batter got dismissed for a duck against England after playing nine deliveries on Sunday’s match at the Ekana Sports City in Lucknow. David Wiley was the bowler to get rid of the former India captain in the seventh over with the help of Ben Stokes‘ catch.
Moments after Kohli’s duck, England’s Barmy Army wasted no time to mock Kohli by editing his photo with a duck. The tweet instantly went viral and the Barmy Army had to face the ire of the Indian fans, especially the Kohli fans.
