Damian Lillard

Damian Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks lost game two, 125-108, in their NBA Playoffs encounter against the Indiana Pacers despite the point guard’s tally of 34 points. The heartbreaking loss triggered a frenzy on social media as supporters of Dame Time and the Bucks were left disappointed.

The Milwaukee Bucks played without the injured two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. He was out due to a strained calf injury. As such, the Bucks had to rely on Damian Lillard again. Although he failed to lead his team to victory like he did on match day one, his performance was a bit of encouragement despite the heartbreak it caused the fans.

Furthermore, the star scored an astonishing 26 points by halftime from 7 of 12 field goals made and 6/11 three-point shots. Still, sadly, those numbers meant little as the Indiana Pacers’ Pascal Siakam ensured the game was tied heading to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse when he came up with a career-high 37 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists to tie the series.

Most fans believe he needs help from his teammates to see the Bucks perform better. That shouldn’t take long, as Giannis, who sat out this game, might be back before the series ends. Hopefully, it isn’t too late for fans to see the greatness of Dame Time.
