Moving up the ladder in the NFC West, the Los Angeles Rams have secured the second rank with a three-game winning streak. Though the Super Bowl is far beyond their scope of horizon at the moment, sports analyst Dan Orlovksy believes they can conquer it if they remain consistent with their performance of the past three weeks.

The lively discussion surrounding the Rams’ Super Bowl odds ignited with their third consecutive victory against the Seattle Seahawks at a solid 26-20. Their revitalized offense and standout performances from the key players earned them the confidence of NFL pundits, particularly ESPN analyst Orlovsky.

The latest episode of ESPN NFL Live went into the discussion on the Rams’ improved standing in the league at 4-4. Expressing his confidence in the team, Orlovsky praised the Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for turning the season around and showing up for his team with a stellar performance of 298 yards and two touchdowns.

Those bootlegs that Sean McVay called, I think he called 11 of them yesterday [and] Matthew Stafford completed 10 of them. That’s not something you would say for a guy that’s almost 40 years old and playing what… I think his 16th or 17th season, is getting him out of the perimeter. You guys know how I feel about the Rams, I think if the Rams stay healthy, they win that division and they can beat anybody in that conference.

Given, that the quarterback Stafford wasn’t the only star of the game, the ESPN analyst also praised the impressive touchdowns by wide receiver Demarcus Robinson. He was utterly impressed by his “releases at the line of scrimmage,” stating that’s where he succeeded with both his touchdown catches.

Matthew Stafford aside, Demarcus Robinson shines in overtime for Rams with game-winning one-handed touchdown catch

Since the Rams have been without star wide receivers for the majority of this season, Robinson has truly come through for his team. If it wasn’t for him, the Rams couldn’t have succeeded as Stafford wouldn’t have had a reliable target to throw the game-winning touchdown that he did against the Seahawks in overtime.

After the game, head coach Sean McVay celebrated the veteran wide receiver, whom the Rams signed this offseason in a one-year contract. He honored him with the game ball for his stellar one-handed touchdown catch in the overtime.

Robinson also posted his season-high stats of 94 receiving yards, six receptions, and two touchdowns. The Rams are now looking forward to hosting the Miami Dolphins in Week 10 for a Monday Night Football game, which would further solidify their playoff odds.
