Russian pro-Daniil Medvedev is one of the most consistent players on the Tour. He might not have won many titles, but Medvedev knows about the road to victory. After every tournament, the Russian has managed to achieve a deep run, if not a winning one. 

Players are often left questioning how to beat him, and this time they get a platform to do so. In a recent player-interaction video with ATP star Daniil Medvedev, the Russian had to answer some of the questions asked by the players.

The first one was of Felix Auger Aliassime, who needed tips on how to beat the Russian. While answering this, Medvedev took the example of one of his past matches, where he faced a tough loss. He recalled the time when Tommy Paul went all guns blazing against him and managed to pull off some crazy wins.

Though he won the match against Paul, the Russian recalled how he was about to go for a bagel set. Nonetheless, Medvedev managed to fend off the American and win the match at Indian Wells. Well, this was definitely perfect advice for the young Canadian, who has lost many close encounters with Medvedev.

The ATP, time and again, releases small snippets of players interestingly reacting to some videos. This time, they changed it up a little and invited Daniil Medvedev to answer some of the questions asked about him by other players.

Other than Auger-Aliassime’s question, the Russian also answered exciting questions from Gael Monfils, Hubert Hurkacz, and even young sensation Jannik Sinner. While Monfils wanted a FIFA rematch with Medvedev, the Pole wanted to catch up to date with Medvedev’s driving love. 

Back to business, Medvedev is in the spotlight. After a great run at the Australian Open, before losing to Sinner even after having taken a great lead. He also had many semi-final and final runs already this year. Trying to get the job done, Medvedev gets into form, and he can soon try to rank.
