Darren Till is finally back in the fight scene. However, he will not step into the octagon just yet. Instead, he is stepping into the boxing ring on the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul undercard. But who is he fighting and what do the people have to say about it?

Breaking: Darren Till will make his pro boxing debut on the Jake Paul x Mike Tyson Netflix card on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. His opponent will be Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (53-6-1, 1 NC). Fight will be contested at 190 pounds. Six, three-minute rounds.Ariel Helwani via X
Till will fight against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., the son of one of the legendary boxers in the world. Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. is a Mexican former professional boxer. He competed from 1980 to 2005 and was a multiple world champion in three weight divisions. Chávez was listed by The Ring magazine as the world’s best pound-for-pound boxer from 1990 to 1993.
Darren Till’s last UFC fight was in 2022. Till reportedly requested the UFC to release him to pursue other interests. However, Till’s MMA career is not over just yet. He had recently promised to win a UFC belt in the near future during a recent interview on The MMA Hour.
