This Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs went through a roller-coster in the match against the Denver Broncos but in the end, they maintained their winning streak by clinching the victory at 16-14. However, their newly acquired wide receiver, DeAndre Hopkins, seems to have found himself in an infamous encounter with the Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain.
It’s the tale of the fourth quarter when the Broncos’ cornerback was imposed with a penalty for illegal use of his hands during a first-down play. Since Surtain was observed to be covering Hopkins in every single play, the latter got fed up, resulting in a physical altercation between the two.
CBS Sports shared the moment things got aggressive between Surtain and Hopkins as the two began grabbing each other and the situation escalated onto the sideline. Their heated tussle drew attention, even though neither of them was even involved in that play.

While it’s uncertain whether any penalty has been imposed on the Chiefs’ wide receiver, Surtain has been penalized for the illegal use of his hands that instigated the fight.
Leo Chenal’s game-winning block keeps Chiefs undefeated
The Sunday Football Game was just another example of Kansas City’s miraculous comebacks. The Broncos thought they had the game– giving the two-time defending Super Bowl champions their first loss of this season, after making the 35-yard game-winning field goal.

Unlike the rest of the Chiefs clan, the newly added Hopkins was quite scared at that moment, believing this was indeed a loss for his new team. But veteran wide receiver Mecole Hardman assured him saying, “I’ve seen some crazier things.”
And that’s exactly what happened when linebacker Leo Chenal surprisingly blocked the Broncos’ field goal attempt, which was then recovered by Joshua Williams at the Chiefs’ 28-yard line resulting in the narrow 16-14 feat.
He’s extremely strong, extremely strong. I mean, he’s like, the strength of a D-lineman, but he plays linebacker position. We’ve used him on offense because he the way he’s able to use his speed and athleticism with that power..
Patrick Mahomes said in the post-game press conference praising Chenal
The star linebacker also received immense appreciation from his head coach Andy Reid, along with all his teammates. Besides Hopkins, Reid also thought the Broncos won the game with the game-winning kick, but Chenal stepped up again, like every other week.
